What motivates us is the satisfaction of our borrowers. Institutional investors (pension funds, insurance companies and banks) from the Netherlands and abroad invest in MUNT residential mortgages. We accompany this investment, advise on risk and return and provide content (market research and white papers).

To achieve a high standard of service for our investors, motivated  employees are essential. Our office in The Hague is fully equipped and offers a great working environment within walking distance of The Hague Central Station. We also provide all our employees with a first-class public transport pass and/or you can choose a comfortable bicycle through our bicycle plan.

We value our flat organisational structure and informal culture. Of course you will have a manager and we have a board of directors, but we all work together towards the same goals. So you could be sitting at your desk next to a member of the board or chatting to the founder of MUNT on a random Tuesday morning. To maintain this feeling, we invest a lot in outings and fun activities.
